Secretary

Swedish telecommunications company is searching for its new office in Germany, a full time office secretary. The requirements for the job are:
- German and English speaking / Romanian language is an advantage
- strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage time wisely and prioritize effectively
- Enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic
- computer/technology skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet browser and internet-based research
- Anticipate needs, take initiative, proactively problem-solve using sound judgment and handle confidential and sensitive information
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills, orderly and detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple work streams simultaneously, prioritize work and accurately and efficiently archive documents and work products
- Professional, dependable and team player.
- Capacity in learning and assuming new knowledge.
- Driver licence is not required but it is an advantage
